Een half uur tijd voor jezelf

Iedereen heeft wel  5 suggesties voor een activiteiten die een halve dag duren.

  • Een bezoekje aan de stad en dan langsgaan bij je favoriete koffieshop voor koffie en taartje
  • Een museum of tentoonstelling bezoeken.
  • Een dagje shoppen
  • Een dag met het gezin naar de zee of een wandeling in het bos

Voor deze dingen maken we tijd en passen we onze gezinsplanning aan. Toch hoeft ontspanning en me-time  niet altijd lang te duren.
Kleine onderbrekingen van een half uur tot een uur zijn minstens even belangrijk om kort te ontsnappen aan het drukke leven.
Alleen worden deze kortere onderbrekingen vaker over het hoofd gezien. Zoals ik al zei : voor bepaalde dingen maken we onze agenda vrij (en dat is natuurlijk ook prima) maar de kortere activiteiten worden meestal wat verwaarloosd.

In het vorige artikel vond je een aantal suggesties om – ondanks een drukke agenda- toch 5 minuten tijd voor jezelf te nemen.

In dit artikel vind je enkele suggesties die iets langer duren..

#1 – Neem een ontspannend bad of douche

Neem een half uurtje de tijd om van een ontspannend bad te genieten. Als je hier niet van houdt, sta dan eens bewust wat langer onder je dagelijkse douche. (Tijdens weekdagen is douchen iets wat we nogal snel afhandelen.)
Doe wat badschuim of –olie in je bad. Gebruik je favoriete douchezeep.

#2 – Geniet van een glas wijn

Neem bewust de tijd om van je glas wijn (of iets anders dat je lekker vindt ) te genieten.

#3 – Lees een boek

Maak tijd om te lezen.
Lees in de krant wat recensies en ga naar de bibliotheek. Maak het jezelf comfortabel in je favoriete zetel.

#4 – Beweeg

Je moet niet direct aan een marathon beginnnen maar ga eens naar buiten. Wandel een half uurtje. Dit helpt ook heel goed om je gedachten los te laten.

#5 – Luister naar muziek

Zet jezelf in je favoriete zetel en luister naar muziek. Of je je nu ontspant met Barokmuziek of met techno maakt niet uit.
Laat je volledig onderdompelen. Zet desnoods een hoofdtelefoon op zodat je je nog beter kan concentreren op je muziek.

#6 – Verwen jezelf met een heerlijk zelfgemaakt dessert

Neem op zaterdagmiddag de tijd om een verrukkelijk dessert te maken.
Geniet van je tijd in de keuken.

#7 – Gebruik je handen

  • Doe iets creatief zoals tekenen, schilderen, breien….
  • Hang een poster op schilderij op.
  • Steek een kastje in elkaar.
  • Ruim een kast op en verplaats/verhuis wat zaken in je garage.

Doe iets met je handen.
