Laat de dingen niet uit de hand lopen.

Verdeel je plannen in kleinere en haalbare doelen. Desnoods koppel je aan elke stap een deadline.

Op deze manier zie je ook dat je vooruitgang boekt.

Er is een groot verschil tussen

  • Tegen volgend jaar wil ik 20 kilo afvallen of
  • Ik zal elke maand 1.5 kilo gewicht verliezen

#5: Help iemand

Een heel eenvoudige manier op je beter te voelen is daar iemand anders te helpen.

  • Geef je nieuw collega wat extra informatie
  • Help je buurman met boodschappen
  • Maak wat extra tijd voor je vrienden
  • Verwen je partner door een lastig klusje over te nemen

Doe iets met dat beetje extra vriendelijkheid.

#6: Focus op alles wat nu al goed is

Als je je teveel richt op deze kleine problemen, geef je ze meer aandacht dan ze verdienen.

Richt je aandacht op alles wat nu al goed is in je leven en maak het nog beter!!

Dit kan zijn

  • Je hebt een goede relatie en je wil tijd maken om regelmatig samen te eten
  • Er zijn bepaalde taken op je werk die je erg graag doet en je wil je daarin nog verbeteren.
  • Je kookt erg graag in je gaat tijdens de weekends nieuwe recepten uitproberen.
